Analytics that explains itself

InsightClickIQ is built by VerticalServe as part of the InsightLake enterprise AI suite.

Why we built it

Dashboards tell you that a number moved. Teams need to know why, and what it costs.

Most teams already collect clicks. What they lack is time: someone has to notice the dip, pick the right chart, segment it, find the sessions, watch them, and write it up. By then the release that caused it is a week old.

InsightClickIQ does that reading continuously. One snippet captures what people do; statistics find what changed; a model words it, but only from numbers the engine computed. Agents dig further and show every step. When the model is unavailable, the same screens answer by rules.

We built it the way our enterprise customers asked: in their own cloud account, on Postgres they already operate, with their identity provider and their model provider, and with nothing collected that a privacy review would object to.

What we hold ourselves to

Principles

Every claim is checkable

A number in an answer traces to a query you can open. Evidence that does not exist in the data is dropped.

Show the working

Agents list their steps; insights list the numbers they rest on; reports cite their panels.

Collect less

No field values, no IP storage, masking by default, consent that is remembered.

Open to your tools

An MCP server, a documented query language and HTTP ingest, so the data is never trapped.

Your infrastructure

Postgres by default, ClickHouse when needed, on the cloud you choose.

Honest about limits

Every feature page says what it does not do yet, so you can plan around it.

Who we are

VerticalServe

VerticalServe is a data and AI engineering firm working with enterprises across the US. InsightClickIQ joins InsightLake, our suite of enterprise AI products that share one platform for identity, connections and deployment, including InsightViz for AI-native business intelligence.

We work with customers through short pilots: the snippet on a real site, a week of traffic, and a review of what the product found, in their own environment.
